Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pro plans are one-time digital purchases that start immediately and do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, provided the plan hasn't been used extensively (fewer than 100 quiz questions answered after purchase).
Duplicate payments, or payments deducted without Pro being activated, are always refunded in full.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days via Razorpay.
